Privacy

The privacy of our caregivers is paramount. All caregivers and applicants are protected, as all information provided to our company is kept confidential and is only kept for a limited period. The Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) is maintained as our own corporate guideline to ensure the highest standards are upheld at all times. No information will be gathered from caregivers or potential clients for any reason other than the purpose of their contacting our company. Our company will explain why any particular piece of information has been collected if you should express interest.
